They are not in their 20s' anymore (so am I...lol), don't expect something like 'I'll kill you' 'blue blood' type of songs from them. I'm happy with their new style. @psychomunnity88 Heh. Actually I'd say Weekend is the song that has the most in common with Born To Be Free. And it's one of their more poppy songs too imo. I think new X Japan is a bit different, but that's kinda inevitable since it's been 15 years since their last album and the lineup has changed. What I miss the most are the more guitar driven and fast nature of their old songs though. And we haven't gotten the new album yet. Perhaps there are some heavier, faster songs on there. I hope so...

The part of "Psychedelic violence" in their motto used to be "Sexy violence"... so I don't know where you're getting the idea that caged girls has nothing to do with X-Japan. Also, as somebody commented, free is the opposite of being caged, so yeah.
