Pretty cool seeing you gonna make a scarlet spidey for mugen.
Editing his sprites must take a lot of time though.
I've done a scorpion sprite edit (barely noticable)and cost me around 8 to 10 hours.
Cant imagine how long you'll be working on this.
Must be like 300 pictures you gonna change.
