Doom metal would be Autopsy's first album. Actually, that would be both, the first doom metal album and doom metal band. The reason why Autopsy did not do well after the first album, was because Steve Digorgio left, which is why they lost that technical momentum. Steve Digorgio is an unsung metal metal god.
Alright Rochester, Cleveland Ohio is declaring war of metal mwahahahaa meet us in Erie PA and prepare for battle. It'll be, ya know..... brutal. And stuff. If Buffalo comes then we are bringing Akron. Don't even make me call Columbus. I'm fucking serious.
For the buffalo metalheads who may have taken offense, I meant that the scene here is nowhere near as good as it was 20 years ago. We have a small decent scene, just not as unified as Rochester. We have our share of shows, but national acts usually go to Rochester, unless something sweet happens and Glorious Times gets an awesome show. No offense meant, we just need more support from locals here.
