Look closer before you complain: He's aiming with the mouse first and than he uses the WASD keys to hold the aim and controls the recoil with the mouse.

A macro cannot combat random horizontal recoil, in addition to that the horizontal mouse movement is NOT consistent (6:12 compared to 5:40), in addition to that you can hear him taping his strafe keys quite loudly during some of his exchanges.
