  • do surefire suppressors make guns really accurate ???

  • SureFire rocks! No one makes lights and suppressors like they do. NOBODY!

  • don't be discouraged...

34 states for machine guns and just a few less for suppressors.

find a good shop and they will facillitate the sale.

they will guide you throught the process so they can make the sale.

  • well im convinced, how can i get one in MN?

  • @CrackNinja suppessors aren't legal in MN. Sorry bud.

  • Is the suppressor attachable to the standard bird cage flash compensator?

  • I have a surfire and I love it. to me its a safety device.

  • Unfortunately. these are difficult if not impossible to get in many states. Even in Florida which has minimal gun control, I would have to go through lots of paperwork, fees, get finger printed and put into 'the system' like a criminal & worst of all: get a chief of police to sign a permission slip before I could even purchase one and wait months for it. Seems awfully restrictive and prohibitive for a device that could save my hearing if I ever had to use a gun for self defense in my home.

  • its really not that big a deal we sell about 60 suppressors a month in my shop here in florida

  • Wait you build these things in California but we are prohibited from owning them?

  • ironic isnt it.

  • It isn't a missnomer to refer to the device as a silencer. Hiram Maxim invented them and called them silencers- so it is technically an accurate term regardless of the performance of the unit in question.

  • @manoftin2

    yeah, technically.

brits call their car mufflers silencers too.

    kinda silly.

it may have originally been renamed for legal or patent reasons.

  • 1:41 - is that a lcd display on the guy's rail? Maybe for that TI if my eyes don't deceive me? Pretty tacticool.

  • I think We the People should be able to buy these without having to pay our wonderful government for the right to do so. I'd love to have one of these just to save my hearing. Great video. Lots of info and detail.

  • of course we should. If our second ammendment rights were truly uninfringed, all shooters would probably have them.

  • Yes, M249.

  • Is that an m249 at 1:06?
