@DoubleS9731 It's mostly the way they made Peach. They made it random even without items. She was the same way in Melee too.

Actually dude, if you're really really close to your opponent & you throw a reg turnip (the one with the face like =)) the damage is raised by 5 I believe. So instead of 8% it's more like 13%

This is something like Kind Dedede's Waddle Dee throw.

You're right about that. Peach pulls items and King Dedede also throws out capsules with any random item popping out (including the smashball.) You don't even have to turn items on for it to work. It happens at a rare time.

Actually, the capsule will never appear from DDD's Waddle Throw if you have item off and set to NONE. If you don't set it to NONE then there is a chance he can get the capsule.

Hmm. I believe there were times when I did see DDD throw an item without items off. I'ma check just to be sure, because I remember seeing King Dedede always randomly throwing out a SmashBall.

Yes it's true that it's on the site. It did say that Peach's Turnips would randomize and that there's a 1/58 chance that the "Grandpa Turnip" would appear, but they don't mention on the site that Peach would pull out those three items though. I had to point those out.

Yes it's all about the faces and not to mention how many times u used the moves to hit ur opponents. The more you do it, the less damage another turnip is. Using the same attack on this game gets weaker and weaker.
