Very, very good. Good job of getting your own head out of the way. Only comment I can make on improvement is to arch your toes during the throw. I am trying to teach myself to do this as well.

actually when done correctly you want to land on your own head. a little more back arch, get the control a little bit lower so that he is in higher position and take him straight back and thats a guaranteed touch fall. the more back arch you get in your toss the less strain there actually is on your neck on impact. carrying him higher in the toss will also put almost all of the impact on his shoulders instead of your neck. nice toss none the less
