  • Great thanks

  • The guy in brown your gaurd is not very thai style i think sometimes your thinking your roy jones, you need to tighten up and try not to move your upper body too much as you will recive a high kick or knee , try copying shogun rua stance and movement, also when throwing a punch why not finish with a low kick, ur both moving clockwise too , try cutting off each others angles and try some teep kicks and grab each others legs for practice , get soem of that strength,

  • @trsisko

it is just light sparring, the guy I am working with is competing in European rules kickboxing. amateur European rules kickboxing they dont throw knees or clinch, it is more western boxing and kickboxing. i do agree that in a Muay Thai style fight that would be a bad idea. I would be keeping a much higher tighter guard in MT rules. As for teeps, were working in a garage, not a ring with ropes as we do at the gym, a teep could get someone tossed and injured without ropes to stop them

  • thai boxing dude it's not mma

  • @trsisko

True, lucky for me i dont train or coach MMA.

  • Very nice dude, have you ever competed or done amateur mma before?

  • @ThePicko92

Thanks brotha. I never competed in MMA, I competed in boxing and European rules kickboxing (k1 rules).
