No it isn't said clearly above. Of course all Police fans know this is by them, but thinking about those who don't-- their text only says that this is Police tribute band playing Synchronicity. Tribute bands only play stuff what their idol played? No, Police played Beatles as well. Just pointed out that there was fogish mistake.

It is quite clear that the makers and posters of this video are not misrepresenting what is being viewed here. They state specifically that they are an Italian tribute band. They never state, "We are The Police, we wrote these songs." How could you possibly miss that?

I see nothing wrong with this post at all, and actually quite enjoyed the performance.
