Why don't you save an incision and just put one just above the cleft of the buttocks. You can still reach all of the love handles and there's no increased risk of peritoneal perforation...
@nevertsen Thanks for the note, actually that incision does not allow the cannulae to bend around the corner. If I was only doing the back area or upper buttocks, I use that incision
@DrMJBrown is it true that the fat cells are removed and that all else being equal (diet etc) the fat will NEVER come back in that area (the removed area).
this is a great video as I am thinking about doing lipo for my flanks as well.
