Contracts the muscles and allows every muscle fibre to be used and thus you can do acts of super human strength. Like lifting a heavy car. But causes damage to your tissues and joints. Just letting you know.. And that is true.

The human eye sees at 27.88 hertz ( you can't really say fps but hertz is a clock cycle so we will say fps) and when adrenaline is introduced into the body we see at a faster rate, 30 hertz because of the increase blood supply and transfer of chemical data.

I would upgrade that sempron processor first, then get a low profile card, something half height and make sure it doesn't need to be plugged in to the power supply. Galaxy low profile GeForce 9600 GT 512MB should be a good choice. but like i said that sempron cpu is holding you back. A cheap 3 ghz dual core athlon 2 or even an athlon 1 would be way better all together probably 175 for both upgrades and you will notice huge improvements. And a 9600gt will speed up youtube since its flash.

ATI just released a low profile DX11 card, the HD5450. you might want to look into that. its not very powerful, max 25Watts power usage, and a low pricetag. Might want to upgrade the sempron to athlon 64 X2 4400+ or 4800+

Make sure it has 96 stream processors and 192 bit bus, also 768 mb ram is better as well. Dont spend more than 60 bucks though, they typicaly sell for 50-60 on ebay. I noticed you the 8800gs sells for less sometimes probably because people think its older when in fact its the same exact card as the 9600gso. The 8800gs though typically has 383 mb ram, consider sli if you can but still an amazing card at that price.

Grabbed a second gso on ebay to run sli, amazing results. For half the price i get gtx260 results in sli friendly games. These are the best kept secrets in the gpu world. Stay away from the new ones that have less stream processors.

my personal expeirence is a $70 card on a 550w power supply running CoD4 max settings 1440x900.

The 9 Series chips (G9x series) (8800GT + 8800GTS + 8800GS also) has better scaling. Run them in SLI, and they can rape an Ultra =D. The first two overclocked @ low resolution may also too =DDD

You seem to be forgetting that SLI doesnt work on low resultions. Anything equal or less than 1024x768 will fuck up in SLI, because SLI has one card rendering one half of the screen, and the other on the other side.

Scaling in SLI is the same; sucks shit. 9600GSO (rb. 8800GS) is equivalent to the power of a 8800GTS 320 or possibly 640 at low resolution. 8800GTS = G80. 8600GT [G84](equivalent to 7600GT in older games) is 25% of the power of G80 (assuming the 8800GTX.

The GTX is at max 10 - 25% better, at low resolution less. I guess 10%.

You won't be playing on high res anyways.

Therefore, 9600 GSO is 3.5x or so better than the 8500GT.
