  • @sygo7g I agree wholeheartedly. Along the same lines, another one I'd love to see again is their take on "Candy" by Jo Stafford, Johnny Mercer, & The Pied Pipers.

  • Love this. Have you seen the Three Stooges episode where they're soldiers in WWII? Curly sings this in relation to a cannon they're firing in the short Half Shot Shooters. Hilarious.

  • Ray:: Don't forget Anita O'Day

  • A great song sung by Edythe Wright. I enjoy her singing, as I do most of the female singers of the 30's, 40's and 50's, especially Helen Forrest, Helen O'Connell, June Christy, Doris Day, Martha Tilton, Peggy Lee and not forgetting Ella Fitzgerald plus many more. They had a certain charm about them that has been lost over the years. I doubt if there is any female artists these days with the same poise and elegance that these ladies possessed.

    Thanks for the post.

  • My Grandfather wrote this...Ed Farley

  • It's a classic.

  • my dad used to like this song

  • Who is the Female Vocalist?

  • Edythe Wright

  • Elle Fitzgerald ((I'm pretty sure but not 100%))

  • A perfect song for the invention of the wheel which is what Donald and the Wheel from 1961 was all about.

  • Disney footage

    DONALD AND THE WHEEL

    TROMBONE TROUBLE
