I believe it is the episode when Almanzo's brother, Pearly Day, took Barnum and was determined to race him against Doc. Baker's horse and he also bet on the race. Barnum wasn't supposed to race, messed up his leg, and Almanzo & Charles, was up with the horse all night. Morning came, the swelling was down in the leg and Laura decided to make breakfast for everyone. Almanzo said to make a lot because he was starved. Sorry, can't remember the title of that episode.
