I think it would be smart if all coastal communities across the planet took the effort to make their own reefs...especially if fishing is apart of their lives. These things are expensive and I can understand why this isn't more widespread, however it might have a pay off in the future.

I would like very much to go Scuba diving in the Red sea now I have my PADI, Alas I fear that soon Reefs will be all but destroyed.

Also I was never Aware Al Jazeera did Science/Nature documentries, Guess you learn something everyday.
