He understands me and my annoyence with clingy-ness, yet, with him it does not bother me. I want him with me most of the time.

I know exactly what you mean. I always get that way around (sadly) the one month mark. I just get bored of them, but I love them too much to let them go. Eventually I do, and I sometimes regret it. But i'm only in high school. not sure how old you are. But I'd just say do what feels most right. If you really can't stand them I wouldn't drag it on any longer, if you can only love them when they're away, it's not really fair to either of you. Thats just my opinion.
