you can cheat by watching player potential with the game editor or with programs like FMM or miniscout,both are free to download on the net,just google them...there are many young good players xP look for forums on the net also..I can recommend you Bogdan Stancu& Torje,but they are a bit expensive for young players and they have a max potential of 180 from what I know(it depends on th game cause their value varies from game to game,normally they should have 177 both) xP
