He had the momentum and was posied to become the next mayor of Philadelphia. Then Councilwoman Jannie Blackwell, the Wicked Wig of the West, hitched herself to Knox. He sunk in the polls and Michael Nutter got elected instead. No one who wants to clean up City Hall becomes an ally of Jannie Blackwell. She's a poverty pimp.
