wow...guess she will learn not to have someone just cut her hair...especially someone who works in an office with no experience with hair obviously...lol, wow...idk what else to say, that sucks :(

pull each section straight out alittle above parrelel to the ground and while you have each section(obviously one atatime) point cut ata slight angle . alternate with deep not so deep cuts and that should blend with major texturizing . you might want to cut the bottom layer off altogether so it doesnt look too joan jet, pat benetarish
