Houston is rough... the dispossessed stand at nearly every intersection with signs asking for "anything will help, out of work, need food, god bless you" ... And in a country of amazing abundance, it is PITIFUL! Shame on this government (the US)! And conservatives often say it is their own fault (the poor)... hogwash. The system creates these people's situations by dispossessing them in the first place.
