  • 跨步是由後腳向後蹬來帶動,還有投球身體不要刻意下壓。

  • 你腳應該再往前跨更多

    腰沒甚麼用到

    這樣投久了手會受傷喔

  • 因為影片中的你並沒有站投手丘上面投

    基本上就會差了一點 真實感

    沒有甩手.下壓.身體旋轉也不足

    或許就是沒有在投手丘的關係

  • 看完有幾個感覺

    1.身體動作很僵硬,試著腰部甩看看

    2.腳投球時,往前跨步

    3.手順著腰部的力道甩出去試試看
