@rampagggg Миниспутники запускают. С мобильной установки или нет в данном случае не принциально. Тополя (без "-М" как на этом видео) постепенно снимаются с дежурства. При этом, если есть коммерческий заказ на запуск небольшого спутника - вполне могут его запустить Тополем. Это выгоднее чем просто отстреляться болванкой. Конечно же, имитаторы бч (болванки) тоже отстреливают, но делают это уже для проверки боеспособности ракет после(или незадолго до) истечения их гарантийных сроков.

I doubt this is an Topol-M (SS-27) missile. More likley a older Topol (SS-25). Russia would never spend one of the nwest missiles on something like this.

@joachim2464 Russia did all the testing of the Topol-M back in the mid 1990s. However the Topol missile is being ritired fro the rocket forces and many of them are used in rock tests and satelite launches insted of just being scrapped. The same goes for the old and much hevier R39 SS-18 ICBMs.
