Epic fail mate... Penn= UPenn. I've gotta say though, I chose SJU over Penn simply because I didn't want to be a goddamn legacy, and I knew that since my gf was going into nursing, I would not be able to focus. I'm so glad I didn't choose Penn. I can say that within the first ten minutes of being here, I felt a sense of an actual community, as opposed to the pseudo-intellectual or binging alcoholic groups that encompass Penn's student body.

Also, Ive yet to encounter a Nova reject over here. Most of the students chose to go to the less douchey of the schools. Sadly though- whenever I'm at a Penn vs. Princeton game, I do feel a twinge of pain when the Princeton reject card is pulled.

the stats would suggest that most (note: not all) students at st. joe's wouldn't be able to get into penn. even so, it's a great school, it just depends on what you like and what you want to do. i go to penn, and i can tell you you're wrong. it's not pseudo-intellectual: most people are either way too smart or just friendly and amiable without showing that they're intelligent. also, 30-40% of the students don't drink alcohol at all, so scratch the binge drinking part of your comment
