Can someone please tell me what "dogging" means? I've heard it on all these british panel shows at some point and i've so far been unable to derive its meaning from context. Do they mean the sexual position? Some sort of bestiality thing? Getting high from smoking the testicles of a dog? I just don't know.

The English "street" accent is the most horrendous fucking noise in the world. Why the dicks would they do it? There's nothing wrong with any of the normal English accents.
@sausagedogmcgee I'd imagine that what accent you naturally speak with is generally out of control, having more to do with where you're born or where your parents are from than any personal agency.

That's really the whole point of slang - inventing a new vocabulary that divides the young from the old. It's not that difficult - if it were, kids would choose to speak French to annoy and confuse their elders, rather than create a new grammatical syntax.
Generally, people adopt "street" talk to try and sound tough, as the kid in the program was doing.
The news does do that. They set up a story before the break and try to make it a cliffhanger all the time.
