What were the valves in the MW Tx. Look like TV Sweep tubes for the PA. Was the PA Control Grid Modulated?

I think the valves were GE 6LW6's and yes they were grid modulated.

@scunthorpeminers Thanks for the info. I used to use an 807 control grid modulated on CB back in in 1981. That was my old 10-40m cw tx modded for AM 6BW6 CO-multiplier and 807 PA:-))))
