For example, the man that was a former cia man and came out as deep throat of the nixon era siad it was former president LBJ and others that had him killed. I believe this and JFK would have bought along many positive changes that the world needs today. In the position the Newman family was standing would be looking up the street turned slightly to the left, then directly behind them would lead to the picket fence. What I want to know is what did the people on the stairs closest to the fence say about the shots. Did they ever get interviewed.

In the 1963 interview about 20-30 minutes after the shooting Newman said "I only heard 2 shots" the reporter then replies that he had heard 3 shots and Newman said you might have heard 3, but I only heard 2 and they came from directly behind us. This was still fresh in his head being only 20-30 minuets later. So his story has changed allot since that day.

Bill Newman testified at the "trial" of LHO that the shots came from behind. He indicated on the map in the courtroom where he thought the shots came from. He did not reference the grassy knoll. His story has not changed much to the dismay of the Conspiracy Kooks who have a history of distorting the facts in the assassination.

Indeed in many of the famous photo's taken moments after the shooting the Newmans are seen on the grass WITH THEIR CHILDREN FACING THE GRASSY KNOLL ! This implies one of two things :

* Either they were confused as to the source of the shots

OR

* THEY WERE PROTECTING THEMSELVES BY USING THEIR CHILDREN AS HUMAN SHEILDS FROM FURTHER SHOTS FIRED FROM THE GRASSY KNOLL

Since the later can probably be dismissed the former is what we are left with.

Lee Bowers said that it was not unusual for a loud noise to have been created near the TSBD but sounded like it came from the triple underpass.

Newman has obviously changed his story. When he was interviewed in 1963 and then in the 80s he said the third shot came from the grassy knoll.... I suppose if he hadn't changed his mind he wouldn't have survived long enough to make this video!

Newman has not changed his story. It's this limp-wristed field reporter who has erroneously reported what the Newmans didn't say. All along, Bill said shots came from behind him as he faced the limousine from the sidewalk. Bill used the term "knoll" on 11/22/63 when he was interviewed at WBAP.
