I loved fable jack of blades was awsome the story was just fantasic and the music kept you at the edge of your seat! fable 2 was.... OK the story was lacking lucien was a fly compared to jack but the music was still good.. fable 3 was a disaster it had no challenge the story was do this do this don't do this the end the crawler was just hit hit hit hit hit hit hit die the music was not there when it should have and overall i think lionhead shouldve just made fable and then left it alone

I love the whole game series. Fable 1 is the best, but I enjoy playing Fable 2 and 3 aswell. The gaming is so different between them, and that is what makes Fable series the best I´ve played.
Fable 1 had the best storyline, no doubt about it. HOWEVER
I- me, my opinion- find that Fable 2 is the most fun to play. There are just so many more things to do, you can customize your appearance more, and I don't remember if Fable 1 had it or not but the shooting aim made combat entertaining. Not to mention, you have the expression wheel and more ways to interact.
Fable 3 just fucking sucked. I mean the map was small, plot was stupid... it all sucked. /rantrant
fable 1 definately was the best of all the fables. it had the better soundtrack, and setting (yes i know there all albion but i mean the time historically). i mean im just not a fan of guns in rpgs. rpgs for me should always be bows, magic, swords, axes etc
@tyfe1994 Legend of Zelda is the same way the gadgets got more advanced but if u think about it lionhead studios prolly put the guns in for some reason... besides exploding things when u shoot em is fun... =D
Lionhead shouldn't had too make such a big jump really 500 years? they should have done that you could import your save games like mass effect and that you can shoose the guild lies in ruins or that the heroes killed the angry mob

@xXMissMarmaladeXx There are no "good sides" to Fable 2. No Guild, no good. Same with Fable 3. Yeah, I could be ruler of Albion but why would I want to rule such stupid ugly worthless people? I would only want to lead Heroes into glory, not Albion. Fable Kinect or whatever it is called is gonna be the worst addition yet. If only Molyneux had brains...

fable 2 SUCKS ! .... the choices between good and evil are totally boring and don't affect anything.
Atleast there was a little bit of character progress in fable 1. Like when you had the choice to kill whisper or let her live.
Killing your sister for the sword of aions or casting it away banishing evil for eternity.
Fable 2 just had some random characters such as a bandit leader blablabla .... I can't even remember shit from that game

Hmm.. I enjoyed playing Fable II and it is a great game
But after finishing it I somehow think that the first Fable is better. I like the atmosphere in Fable more.
Fable II has a great atmosphere too but it's a tad diffrent
