The Manga is better because its the "Original" Story, and some of things revealed in the manga makes so much more sense, than what you would have thought from watching the anime, Storywise the Manga is better, but most people prefer a moving picture, and therefor oftest like the anime better, (And its easier to watch, than read a manga)

@sunreaper2 the whole title of the song is: 断罪の花～Guilty Sky～ the english text simply comes after and is not a translation. its like i'd write apple in japanese then write orange next to it. accordign to wiki it is "(断罪の花: Guilty Sky, literally Conviction's Flower)"
