nope... u are wrong, weapon will not increase atk speed, but lvl does... every lvl u gain , ur AGI increases by a certain number and AGI adds to ur atk speed

umm the female had hookas hat thats why it shoots faster and u were shorley clicking x x x x x x x x x x... instead of holding x and that makes u shot faster

for IAH, they fix it by increase male speed

which now speed of male and female is equal

Though the female ora's equips are better than the male's, nothing the female has equipped will alter the attack speed, except the hat and the medal which is not blurred out. Meaning to say that this may indeed be true... IF both of the characters are just holding down X instead of one tapping x, while the other simply holds x down. Anyway, I think the bug has been fixed already, this video is pretty old anyway...
