What a joke. Capitalist do it for money? Socialist do the same thing except not as good and twice as expensive. The Venezuelan government is paying for a satellite. The US government buys satellites too. The difference is that our private sector is strong enough to take on a project like this on its own. Chavez must think its so stupid take money from people in exchange for services. The government is supposed to take everything you have and then give you a slice.
