The Jeremy Healy mashup from the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show was much better than this. He didn't overlap the choruses, which sounds much cleaner. He also added the "All Aboard!" sample from the beginning of "Night Train" by James Brown, and put some techno club drum rolls in there. This is disappointing in comparison, sorry.

Sorry I also forgot to answer your second question. It's a lingerie fashion show. Held on CBS (an american network, and an american company). Basically supermodels parading around in underwear. Search for victoria's secret fashion show on here and you'll see what I mean.
