I believe it's a D natural minor or since it's played a half step down it is a C# natural minor but let's call it D natural minor. The notes in the scale are D E F G A A# C it's like a D major with a flat 3rd flat 6th and flat 7th. It is the same scale slash uses in Sweet Child O'mine. I think but am not for sure but D natural minor

@psychojcg agreed, he's just copying what ashba does live... i think when we play guitar, we should put our own style into the song, even it's just vibrato, or hammer-ons and pull-offs... and this guy doesn't have that...

well, i'm not english too, but i think when you're covering a song, you're doing a version of some song that already exists... you can copy or make it in your own style... you just copied... at least u copied well ;) just an opinion, you are good, but you have to practice the techniques and try to do your own songs... that will help you.
