How many syringes are there? I counted 26 Would it not be fair to assume that whoever used those syringes were outliers also? Also note they were insulin syringes. Maybe some of the persons who used those syringes are diabetic. It is amazing that out of all the thousands of people, they only found a handful of syringes.
