  • Drinking with phenibut can probably be dangerous, I'd be careful with that. Its GHBs GABA_B activity that makes it dangerous to combine with CNS depressants such as alcohol. To each their own though, if the combo works you then why not. Just exercise caution.

  • I'm on dexedrine for ADHD and phenibut is brilliant for getting to sleep at night and counteracting the side effects. Before I learned about phenibut, I started taking GHB for sleep since it gives good quality sleep. That was a mistake, GHB gives me mad side effects. I don't know why they don't prescribe selective GABA_B agonists to narcoleptics instead of GHB.

  • I really don't get what everyone is on about regarding the withdrawals from Phenibut. If you taper off of it, it's not a big deal. I can see that if you were using 5 grams a day or something and suddenly stopped, it could be brutal. I've used as much as 3 grams a day for months at a time with no issues. I just tapered off my use when I wanted to stop. That having been said, if there's any real problem with it - it's how GOOD you feel on it. The sex on it, for example, is absolutely amazing!!

  • what brand is goyaface holding

  • Not only do you form tolerance quickly, but addiction or even infrequent use for me has taken quite a bit of time to recover [about a week].. couldn't sleep a single wink when I went off it. 45 minute horrible sleeps. has paradoxical effects.. when i first was using it it made me much more social and outgoing at work, physically more capable, and it was in fact nootropic. However I have also seen opposite effects , for example dopy, too uninhibited, and it ended up worsening depression

  • Phenibut sucks, definitely not a nootropic and very addicting with rapid tolerance just like any benzo. It's been a prescription drug in Russia for decades.

  • Baclofen is related to Phenibut and GHB and creates withdrawals as well. Yet its different esp. if u use occasioally. High dose baclofen can create vivid closed and open eyed visual like shrooms or 2CB.Baclofen may be a phenethylamime as well-but trippy effect is gone in a few days and cant use for weeks! After the occ.big does all I get typical phenibut/GHB effect(mild)when using. So i use Baclofen rarely and only for tripping. Its like shrooms+some GHB/XTC +nitrous. Do not exceed 100mg at once.

  • @VittorioNJ I usually don't comment on other people's posts @ other people. However, you say addicts have no will to live, well I'm not withdrawing right now and I have a pocket fulla _______ so I guess that would explain my will to live but I have been through benzo W/Ds (Horrid, on a taper right now) - Heroin W/Ds (Nasty, on Suboxone for the last 6 years on and off) and through Amphetamine Psychosis, Ego-death / E-tard syndrome, etc... - And yet somehow, I still have a will to live. Gold Star!

  • thats not expensive really

  • Ehhh, this shit is addictive. It's fun as shit, gotta admit but I accidentally took it for 5 days in a row... FUCK. WITHDRAWALS ARE AWFUL.

  • @LeafFreedom @poohpoohcaca commenting on VittorioNJ

you fucking newbies seriously. Let me tell you 1 thing, it is very easy to get to the point that you need to take phenibut to ward off withdrawal effects. Then need to take more to get an effect.. and the cycle towards hell starts.

Withdrawal from phenibut (5+gr for months) (or GHB withdrawal ) is NO JOKE. I call heroine withdrawal a JOKE compared to the physical withdrawal effects of phenibut.

It will kill your nervous system or soul.

  • @FFMSmit this is wild. i bought 70g without even hearing about this stuff. just took a gram a few hours ago... yeah i feel kind of loopy and relaxed but how does one end up dosing 10g a day? am i missing something here? should i stop now and flush the stuff before i realize how great it is?

  • @bizzle187 Tolerance sets in quickly.

Yes phenibut is nice and can get you through difficult days such as a funeral or a stressfull exam day. But once you plan to use it a few days in the week just to feel better, you are setting yourself up for disaster.

So my advice; use it at max once a week on your 'longest'/difficult/stressfull day and don't tease yourself with ohh I'll use it 2 days on 2 days off and ill stay safe that way! That is naive. Else; flush it.

  • i've been taking phenibut xt by sns, 2 grams each use. it doesn't do shit. i take it about once every 2 weeks.

  • @makohit there is fake phenibut going around in the market. Basicly GABA and not phenibut. I even bought 100grams of fake shit (Higher Power brand) from bodybuilding com. Fuckers put it on 'clearence' status now with 80% discount.

  • Why even bother with this when theres Kratom?

This shit sounds horrible bro...I doubt you even take it anymore lol

  • @bmwm321m kratom for president! lol but I got a bad tolerance to kratom since I rely on it to rid me of my anxiety...and well i guess i just love the feeling :) am i addicted to kratom? hell yea! would I want it any other way? hell no! I am thinking of using phenibut to keep me away from kratom for awhile.

  • pricewise its waaaaay better to get this than paying the full market price for xanax. i mean hey, if it works like xanax, id go for it anyday!

  • Comment removed

  • i've tried doses as high as 2,5 grams 4 days in a row and a period of 2g every other day for a week with no negative effects.

i'm really surprised about all the addiction issues, i never felt anny sort of compulsion or strong desire to use more.

the effects are definitely there but smoking just a tiny bowl of weed would be much much more noticeable than Phenibut.

2,5g of phenibut at breakfast and ~3 beers and a joint at nighttime is pretty damn good..

  • this video is seriously irresponsible. honestly, you look old enough to understand that advocating taking this supplement with alcohol is just dumb. anyone who views this video, please understand that mixing drugs is seriously gambling with your health. the unfortunate thing about youtube is that it gives douches like this guy an audience. you should really take this video down dumbass

  • @jaybeze1 Ur fuckin retarded... If u have a problem with the video then tune in elsewhere! He's not telling anyone to drink this with alcohol.. He's just sharing his experiences with this product dumbass!! I'm sure there are alot of people who appreciate him for taking the time to post this video on youtube and gave us an idea of the effects on this product and a warning that by taking this with alcohol can or will make u feel like total crap the next day..

  • @MrFatBastad Eat a dick. For one, I was researching this supplement when I stumbled upon his review so why would I tune in elsewhere? Secondly, if you cared to read the other comments, I am definitely not the only one that feels that this guy is endorsing the idea of taking these pills with alcohol. Finally, I don't know why I even took the time to reply to a fucking 39 year old loser that still uses "ur" in written conversation. Wait I remember, it was to tell you to eat a dick

  • @jaybeze1 U ignorant fucktard!! What makes u even think that's my real age you piece of shit!! Let me guess, you probably also think that my username is my real name as well ha you fuckin dumb cunt!! Do me a favor and stick ur daddy's dick back in your mouth where it belongs bitch!! And when ur done with that, continue to give ur dog a blowjob until he fills u up okay faggot... have a nice day dickmouth!!

  • Err I meant GABA *agonist*, not antagonist.

  • this feels like klonopin. Not like xanax though, cuz xanax has a nice rush.

  • Phenibut was good for anxiety.

One time i "overdosed"... don't know HOW many grams i took. it was pretty scary. i don't think anyone else has been thru it but me..

  • You should take this down, we don't need another neutropic banned. The last thing we need is less freedom.

  • What the fuck? Why take it with alcochol? Why aim at feeling a buzz? Why do this? It's a neuropsychotropic drug. It's like drinking fucking cough medicine to get high.

  • It's stupid and irresponsible to combine any of these substances with alcohol. Why do you talk only about that? Phenibut is a great sleep aid and stress reliever, but combining it with an alcohol is just plain bad idea.

  • I am addicted to Phenibut, I have been for a little over a year. My word of warning to anyone who decides to take this... be very very very carefully. I cannot stress enough. It is a great experience, but it is HIGHLY ADDICTIVE. Phenibut must be taken respectively and responsibly. Do not underestimate it. Have fun if you take it but not toomuch or you will end up like me.

  • @VittorioNJ I just ordered some and am planning to use it to come off of Kratom. Same goes for Kratom. I had no idea it was even addictive. Kratom withdrawals are PAINFUL and miserable. But supposedly phenibut eases them a great deal. And that is all I will us it for. I'll use it for about a week to get off of Kratom. I don't want to be enslaved to anything. My parents pay for the Kratom, which I used to quit drinking (for which I thank God all the time), but now I'm addicted to it instead.

  • @sorenkierkegaard2008 Small doses and do it every other day. Be extremely careful with it. Test out how much you need the first time. If you feel really really good then it's abusing it. It should just calm you down, that's all. The moment you feel euphoric is when you know you have taken too much. It sounds crazy man, but the better you feel the more it will hold on to you. I didn't know what I was getting into when I first started taking it and I wish I had someone who told me like i am to you

  • @VittorioNJ I appreciate it. Like I said, I've already got a monkey on my back with Kratom, and the phenibut is purely for medicinal purposes. It's good that you told me that, though, because man... try Kratom withdrawal sometime. You hurt in places you didn't even know you could hurt in. Like the homeostasis of your body temperature, for instance. People don't even realize how hard their body works to keep them the right temperature. How bad are phenibut withdrawals? And how long?

  • @sorenkierkegaard2008 It varies depending on how much of it you were taking and how long you were taking it for. Could be 1 to 2 weeks. Its hard to find good info on it. It's definitely not something to toy around with. From a scale of 1-10, my withdrawals were at about a 9... But I used it like it was candy. Major depression, insomnia, vomiting and/or diaherra, headaches, body aches, and zero appetite. That's just based off of what I went through. I still enjoy phenibut, Just now its once a wk.

  • @VittorioNJ Do phenibut withdrawals include the freezing/sweating bullets, inability to control your body temperature, burning up and shivering side effect? That, to me, is the most torturous aspect of Kratom withdrawal. I still support keeping Kratom legal, I think the DEA is BS, and people just need to be responsible adults, educate themselves, and take their lumps if they overdo it. But I'm just curious, does it have that side effect, too?

  • @sorenkierkegaard2008 It varies depending on how much of it you were taking and how long you were taking it for. Could be 1 to 2 weeks. Its hard to find good info on it. • @VittorioNJ Addicted? If u don't take it for a day what happens? I drink Tranquila sleep shot once in a while, which contains small amounts of Phenibut in it, it makes me sleep well, I have anxiety & it effects my sleep sometimes. Please explain your expierence, because Ive heard of people not being able to sleep without Phenibut, once they have abused it.

  • @VittorioNJ Bullshit. You are lying. I'm calling you out. Taking phenibut for more than 3 days in a row makes your tolerence sky rocket and you wouldn't even feel 3 grams. If you get ADDICTED (if you even know what that word means) to phenibut then you are also probably addicted to taking asprin and addicted to watching tv or eating junk food. People who call themselves addicts usually have no will to live. Do you want to live? If so, You are not addicted!

  • Please take this video down before someone important sees this and wants to make it illegal. also phenibut is GABA-B agonist, making it more like GHB than Valium which is a GABA-A agonist

  • its pronounce bute- not BUT- my 2 cents and hopefully one of you will read this and seriously pay attn. Phen is not to be taken lightly- highly addicitive REGARDLESS of 2-3 times a month. your receptors will not respond the same and adding drugs or alcohol is NOT A GOOD IDEA- withdrawls and use of this product is simply something that should be avoided. its your choice, your life remember 2 g's become 4- 4 become 8- tolerance builds please dont use this stuff

  • @vaporeizied8 Can you tell me about what the withdrawals are like? I'm planning to use it to help get myself off of Kratom. And I don't want it turn out like The Cat In The Hat Comes Back.

  • @sorenkierkegaard2008 Phenibut is a GABA antagonist and thus will incur withdrawal comparable to drugs like barbituates and bezodiazipines. Expect symptoms of greater severity and duration than those from heroin, potentially manifesting as psychotic episodes or life-threatening seizures (i.e. delirium tremens) . Withdrawal from kratom is less dangerous to your health than withdrawal from phenibut. You should seek advice from a physician if kratom use has become a problem in your life.

  • @HenriFaust Then I will use extreme caution, and use the phenibut VERY sparingly. Professional help is a luxury I cannot afford.

  • So what is this ment to do?

  • I think on all the packaging of this product it warns "DO NOT USE WITH ALCOHOL" and you seem to be promoting to use it with alcohol?

  • Very informative video, all information relievent to the product. Great no bull shit review *thumbs up from me*

  • take about 2g of phenibut and 10mg of valium for best results

  • Comment removed

  • This stuff has its merits as an *occasional* anxiety reducer. It is not a nootropic however. Nootropics do not, by definition, have side effects from long-term use and this does. After the first few times, you will notice sedation and some motor function effects. Your body tries to compensate for the effects, and thus there is withdrawal. The key basically is to avoid large doses, don't use for recreation, use for helping you to do anxiety-provoking but positive activities.

  • is it like klonopin? or better for anxiety.

  • It's pronounced FEEN-uh-byoot, not FEN-uh-butt.

  • @altratronic This dude pronounces all his nootropics incorrectly... his pronunciation of sulbutiamine is even more amusing

  • How does the fact that it is a barbiturate and a brain enhancing supplement effect it's toxicity qualities at all? I'll answer for you, it doesn't. In fact, researchers in texas found that barbiturates do in fact inhibit the breakdown of alcohol by alcohol dehydrogenase, which causes death. Several people have died by doing this, it doesn't mean everyone will but, I wouldn't risk it.

  • Idiots like this guy are why otc medications are dangerous. The combination of phenibut and alcohol slows the livers metabolic response and can create blood toxicity. I would not recommend taking advice on medications from a guy who is talking about how messed up you can get by combining medications with alcohol. Don't be stupid people.

  • What about without alcohol for just panic attacks and severe anxiety from post traumatic stress disorder?

  • Watch the government ban this while taking away more freedom. I may get some of this stuff tomorrow; I wanna try it :)

  • @oblivion582x nahh its a nootropic it has brain enhancing qualities so it would be schedule 5 at the worst

  • My experience with substances: Please shut the fuck up with these stupid videos. Because of these stupid videos salvia d. is banned in many countries. I hate people who take substances and must tell other people in public the experience.

  • twice maybe 3 times a week 1-1,5 gram is the maximum for me. its good especially if mixed with stimulants.

  • You are not supposed to mix it with alcohol. It is a much milder form of valium or other anxyolitics which can help reduce stress if taken in low doses, reccomended 500mg 2 times a day or even 700, but just like many tranquillizers and alcohol it can cause addiction if ABUSED. Trust me on this.

    Look it up on wiki.

  • I've been reading about this for a while. It's very hard to track down in Canada. Sounds ok if it's used no more than twice a week. From what I've heard, it's like a mild, time released version of GHB. I hope they don't outlaw it as products like this have to potential to be used as a break from benzo type drugs (I have anxiety problems).

  • RE: the medicinal aspects of Phenibut - It is a derivative of the neuro-transmitter GABA, but passes the blood-brain barrier more easily than GABA. It is clinically used for the treatment of anxiety, insomnia and muscle relaxation. You can purchase it by itself or as part of products marketed for the previous mentioned condition. It is in a product called Kavinace from Neuroscience that I get from my M.D.

  • It's pronounced Fen-Eh-Byut.

Good for sleep and potent anxiolytic when used occasionally. Good review - Thanks for posting.

  • Sounds a bit too much like advertising to me =/

  • whish i watched this b4 taking 6gs then another 3 two hours later on top of that...

took 48+ hours the get it out of my system and stop getting sick... be very careful with this stuff it took me 3 days to b able to down some food with out throwing up

  • Can you insufflate this?

  • Is there any reason to take phenibut for cognitive enhancement?

  • This stuff has bad withdrawals... similar to Opiates...

  • @dhfdfhdfh If you use it responsibly, meaning no more than 2-3 times a month (like I do) then you will not have withdrawals.

  • @goyaface i used a product called "relax-all" with phenibut, from amazon.com. I used up the bottle in a span of 7-9 days or so. I enjoyed the effects (after 4-6 pills), not sure the percentage of phenibut it it, but the withdrawal wasn't bad. I definitely felt "not-as-good" but nuthin too serious. Diff results for diff people. Have u tried these before?

  • @untouchblz

My experience with Relax-All by MRM (which I bought from Amazon as well) was like yours. The "withdrawal" from the Relax-All is not nearly as hellacious as it can be with Pheni-but. Like you said, tolerance may not build as rapidly due to the other ingredients like valerian, theanine, and one or two other things.

  • @goyaface

Can you say something about Phenibut and Drug Screenings?

    Any false positives or so?

    Regards,

    Horst

  • @goyaface I've heard from withdraws after 3 days, stick to plants!

  • @dhfdfhdfh similar to opiates XD HA you doent know shit on the topic, a little dopamine rebound never hurt anybody like opiate withdrawals. and this is nothing compared to GHB because of its long ass half life

  • @dhfdfhdfh i went from 2,5g a day for 4 days, then 2,5g every other day for a week, then i ran out, i never experienced any form of withdrawals er strong desire to do more, that is almost a year ago.

  • May be careful man.. From what I just heard you saying it sounds similar to barbiturates (like Valium, Xanax)...

Any doctor will tell you; drinking when taking barbiturates can make you go comatose, possibly permanently..

  • @conjurer968 Thanks for the advice

  • @conjurer968 Valium and Xanax are benzodiazepines, not barbiturates.

  • @conjurer968 first of all valium and xanax are benzo's not barbituates, those were basically thrown out once benzos were created. secondly, sure its possible to coma from benzos (or bartbituates) and alcohol, but its rare and requires a large amount of the drug, and a large amount of alcohol....

  • @conjurer968 benzodiazepines are different from barbiturates and althoe they are simaler they are no where near the same. they just work on gaba receptors like alchohol, benzos, barbs,GHB,GBL,baclofen, ect (oh and kava)

  • @conjurer968 valium and xanax are not barbiturates they are benzodiazepines, phenobarbital is a barbiturate

  • @conjurer968

Valium and Xanax are benzodiazepines, not barbiturates. Much harder to overdose on benzodiazepines.

  • @conjurer968 Barbiturates aren't valium or xanax. Xanax and Valium are benzodiazepines.

  • @conjurer968 Valium and xanax are benzodiazepines not barbiturates

  • The phenibut only is taken maybe once a month. It would be more, but tolerance builds so quickly withis one.

  • @goyaface meh you could get away with 2-3 times a month with out tolerance ime

  • Dear lord, do you take ALL of these substances at the same time ? Phenobut and Piracetam for instance ?

I won't be taking this one, I'm not into alcohol or any buzz like that, but things do look a bit dangerous with all those powders :)

  • Thank you for warning people about being careful with this. When used sparingly and correctly, it can be a wonderful substance. When used too frequently, the body certainly can become dependent very, very quickly. When too much is used at once... wow. That happened to me one time, and one time only. It was an incredibly hellish experience. This is definitely a valuable substance but should be used with caution. Excellent vid and good points.

  • I hear comparing phenibut to GHB is like comparing BC indoor to dirty Mexican ditch weed. GHB's illegal but apart from that it outdoes phenibut in every area.

  • @BogMonkey53

Actually GHB and Phenobut are quite similar in ways... Although GHB has quite a bit more euphoria, other then that they're similar.. Plus it's almost as bad to withdraw from.

  • I am trying to figure out how to withdrawal from this, I take between 3-9 grams a day.. withdrawal cold turkey is impossible.. ie no sleep, it's comparable to withdrawal from drinking a liter a day for a year.. ick

  • I've used this substance many times with and without alcohol and have been addicted to it twice now. I find it really improves my mood and gives me energy, which are two things I really need help with. That said it is not suitable at all for long term dosing due to the reasons mentioned in this video, namely tolerance and physical addiction.

That said I've taken up to 8 grams with alcohol before and actually enjoy the 'hangover'. It's amazing how much people differ.

  • Tried Phenibut once and couldn't move i was so hung over. If you enjoy feeling like you have the flu with an inner ear infection and brain damage i highly recommend it.

  • never effected me that much, about 1.5g I might feel a little something. Of course I have to take a handful of valium to feel that also

  • I've found that phenibut can be very effective in reducing acute severe opiate withdrawal symptoms. It really helps with sleep during. I stopped a 30 pill a day tramadol addiction while taking several grams throughout the first 3 days. However, the quick tolerance one builds to this compund cannot be overstated. I once took a single 9 gram dose and was throwing up the next day. After using this on a regular basis, you WILL throw up at least once upon discontinuence, so be careful!

  • I love Phenibut. Believe it or not I have had AMAZING expirences with combining Phenibut with other Nootropics/Stimulants. In particular I've found 1 gram of Phenibut in the morning on an empty stomach with a few doses of Synephrine or Yohimbine. I then proceced to take 2-3 more grams of Phenibut throughout the day and maybe another small dose of stimulants in the afternoon. I wouldn't suggest combining this with alcohol or anyother drugs.

  • Sounds interesting. All of my phenibut experiences have been with alcohol. With as little as 500mg, combined with alcohol, I usually feel like total crap the next day. And that is the tricky thing about phenibut. At times I feel fine the next day and at other times, I feel sooooo bad.

  • Try piracetam with alcohol; no headache in the morning

  • My last piracetam dose is usually no later than 12 PM, so if I drink that night it has no effect

  • I think its pronounced pheni-bute (as in mute), deriving its name from butane.

Other than that, keep up the good work.
