The hands are easy, the feet are easy, but the final product is tricky to coordinate, especially since this song is in 12/8 timing (meaning triplet kicks). To be able to play this is nothing special, but to play it flawlessly as in the video is an acheivement worth recognizing.

One more thing, a few people mentioned the hand/foot rools at 3:18 and 3:24. They took me a while to get the coordination down, but once the technique is down its dead simple. Its cool to do 32nd note fills with them.
