  • you gotta be in great shape to do insanity or you will probably injure yourself thats why i perfer revabs

  • @TheRocky2421 Very true - too many people jump in and try Insanity w/o being in the proper condition. Warning them against it usually does no good.

  • Shelleen Kostabi is amazing! She brings such a unique beauty/energy to the workouts!

  • @CasaDeGomez I'll 2nd that!

  • Dang dude your getting there! You can see the shape. What day was that?

  • @xDOCxDnscray818x I only have the preview routine for Rev Abs. I'm a P90Xer more than anything. But thanks! ;)

  • Does it works the legs at all? Arms too? Though I know RevAbs will work your abs the most, you should be balanced and overall toned, am I right?

  • RevAbs is a decent total body workout and it's a very good ab targeted routine. This isn't for the most hardcore of folks...it's for someone who wants to get into shape, but doesn't want to go to the extreme.

  • Does this offer a wider variety of ab exercises from Ab Ripper X? I do P90X and want to try Rev Abs too because i don't feel like Ab Ripper X alone is going to do enough.

  • @cockyjeremy It does target the Abs more than Ab Ripper X basically because the entire routine is geared towards sculpting your abs. However, if you think Ab Ripper X isn't cutting it anymore there are ways to make sure you're getting the most out of Ab Ripper X. You can add weight to your mason twists. You can straighten the legs during mason twists. You can cross your legs during the wide leg situps too.

  • Then you also have the P90X + option which comes with Abs Core + which is a GREAT ab routine. I actually like it better than Ab Ripper X, but that may be simply because it's "new" to me. Rev Abs focusing on the abs from six different angles and you use your abs throughout the entire routine.

  • Is this worth trying or should i stick with my p90x ab ripper x? like does this have amazing results?

  • p90x is way better then revabs

get insanity or one on one with tony horton is also good, but revabs sucks

  • REV Abs doesn't suck, but it's not anywhere near on par with P90X or Insanity. The good thing about it is that it offers variety...I'm not trying to suggest that someone should do this instead of P90X or Insanity :) unless they're afraid of trying those two.

  • I wouldn't go so far as to say that it sucks. It's actually a terrific routine specific to ab work. If that is a persons focus then this is a great way to get there without having to go through all the extra work of INSANITY or P90X.

  • @DoJoAssAssiN420 hahah I have all of the Insanity disks and I barely use them! I love RevAbs, it's simple, easy to follow, I do it every day... it works wonderful for me..

original poster, are you working out in the lecture hall? How were you allowed? hahaha.

  • @magicalangel0 Insanity is very hard - no doubt. I don't have the whole Rev Abs package, but I did like this one routine. I work for the university so I can get into the lecture hall.

  • Working out in a cinema...nice idea! Now imagine those seats were all taken. Lol. Great performance!

  • Sometimes the cleaning crew comes in and watches haha.

  • I heard about this. Is it as difficult as abripperx?

  • Not even close....Ab Ripper X is much harder...this would be difficult for someone who is not in shape and is a good way to maintain. But, this is only one of the routines in the REV ABS program so I can't say for sure...

  • is that your house?

  • Nah, I'm working out in a lecture hall at work.

  • @GetFitReedman Thinking about getting this......maybe
