Now...something more conducive to sleep.
Seven Halpern is very mellow, and is great for "nodding-off". As is 'XPN's "Stars-End", Sunday mornings from 0100-0600. Commercial-free ambient. You fall asleep to it, wake-up, then return to your dreams. Great for REM.
Hope I haven't overdone my sharing my music, a very miniscule part-of-it, with you Denise. If you deem that I have, I truly apologize.
But I'm all about it, as I suspect a large part of you are as well...
