@PAO13071 yes but by fans...which wouldn't be much of an issue but this is psp soooooo there would be a LOT of work involved in tinkering with the psp to patch the subs onto your game.... I wouldn't know where to begin lol I find it easier that i'm just going to pick up the language, solves all my problems this way
