Jordan has just truncated 私はFF6が大好きです; it is a very common practice to omit particles in day-to-day usage, despite textbooks strictly maintaining their presence. You needn't watch a Japanese drama for more than a minute to see は, が or を be skipped in a sentence, as they are removed if the context is clear. Search Google for [大好き　-が], and you will see many similar examples, not even using a subject in the sentence.

His 2nd sentence is wrong, though. Must be:

この音楽はきれいです／これはきれいな音楽です

Your first sentence literally says "As for me FFVI love." What you want to be saying is "FFVI o konomu.", which when written in kana is: ファイナルファンタジー6をこのむ. I can't really tell what you mean by the second sentence, though. Read up on the particles は and が.

@jordan7792 If you want to say 'This music is beautiful' for the second sentence, then I suggest 'Kono ongaku wa KIREI desu.' You only add the 'na' when you put the noun after the adjective.
