I've actually done samurai sword training, and it really is rigorous. My arms still hurt from yesterday...Half cut, shoulder, full cut, to the belly button. T_T Pain...

Borders online book store has her book and a DVD of hers. You can order those and train anywhere. They even sell the wooden swords.
