  • ok this is pretty easy. go to the recovery menu for ur custom firmware. then just change the fake region from disabled(which is the default) to jap. then exit out of the psp then you get the icons

  • i did it 1 time all you have to do is : switch off psp > on again with button R pressed and you came in a menu go to configuration > fake region and enable it to japan and thats it you have tv icon but it doesnt work

  • If you have a TV Tuner for the psp, you can use it then. But at the time, on Japan PSP have that program to load. The only way to transform the US psp to JP is via cfw from the recovery menu
