hey cool videos. archbang makes arch setup a breeze! Just an idea I figured when watching this - if you goto the mirrorlist generator on arch ljnux home page, you can download a list sorted by the score; you can then pick the mirrors that have lowest scores to ensure the freshness ;) rankmirror on that list to get the latest and the fastest!
I accidentally typed mirrorlixt instead of mirrorlist during this process. It threw me for a loop for a while until I figured out what I had done. Exact typing (without typos) is essential. lol
You have made me to think twice about Archbang..by the way you show it to us, I probably choose Archbang instead of Arch Linux..but...I wanna know about you opinion sir..which one do you prefer the most?
@rayyanputra When you install Archbang and complete the system upgrade, you will have an ARCH linux system, provided you choose to "Unbrand" it. Archbang is easier to install and has a desktop environment you can start with. AB bridges the gap and allows intermediate Linux users to tap into the power of Arch.
@x6LP To be honest, this series may NEVER end. Arch is a Rolling-Release distribution which continues to add bleeding edge (stable) functionality. I will have all of the BASE system tutorials completed hopefully within a week.
