Yea it takes a while to learn, jus lean in to the ramp and also go slowly, it is easiest if you are only an inch or two from the coping, and if you areleaning in, a small op is all you need. I only learnt them a week or so ago and they are pretty easy now.

Maybe just a footjam on flat ground, with variations like FJ one handers and FJ no handers or just hopping about in a footjam. Either that or try some tricks on a ramp like maybe a jump-turn on a quarter or a bank(like an air but below the coping) just for getting a head for spinning and airing out of the coping later on.
