Capoeira looks great but it doesn't make much sense. Moving back and forth like that completely gives away where you're going with your entire body. If someone throws a strike to disrupt the rhythm, you're giving up your balance. The hands swaying back and forth lessen your reaction time for strikes to the face as well. It looks fun, but I think trying this outside a bar would get you killed.

Of course in karate things must first be taught slow and that will include holding the opponents leg for a while to show them at the first beginning steps. In fast motion it feels and looks epic though =D
