Dude I've never been there, however with professional lecturers like (Jeff Pratt)who has worked at Pixar I would say that it would certainly be worth it.

how did you find the animation course??? would you recomended the animation course or the  characters course???

I haven't actually taken the course myself I was mearly pointing out that with their industry lectures that they would be good.

:) i'm gonna start there next year the course went up to 8.500 pounds it used to be 4500 but i'm still going if you want an online course try animation mentor its the same price but 18 months only downside is that it's all online training.

in animation? well i studied computer animation at uni for 3 years didn't really learn anything untill my last year... if 3D is what you want to do then go to an animation school like escape studios not uni well thats from my experiences. also if your planing to start next year march then you should start sudying on what you want to do right now.

i was a beginner an feel the money wasn't worth it. at all. could have bought a fucking BMW with the the money it cost me

You mean will you find gainful employment afterwards? As far as I know Escape have connections with most of the facilities in Soho. But you'll still need to fight hard to find an entry level position. Plus they will pay you next to nothing. So if your taking out a loan to pay for this, think hard, as it may be a long time before you can repay it. I will finish by saying, a lot of entry level positions such as tracking and roto are now just being outsourced to india and asia making it even harder

I recieved an Escape Studios prospectus and had read through it. Its great. Though I found it quite intimidating with the (Escapee-Alfonso Salcedo) Computer science background.

I was thinking of joining Escape studios, however i'm unsure as to whether I would be able to join as I am only 17yrs of age. Would it be possible to join or is there an age ristriction?

ive been working on 3d for about a year.. im already makeing stuff for advertisements and won gold medal in state for 3d animation and visualisation. im going to nationals this year. how long do most students take to get that good?

absolutely - some of our students have gone on to work for pixar and some of the top post houses in london.
