Also, the thing that bothers me about this family is that they could probably feed and clothe the whole continent of Africa with just a fraction of their supposed 600 trillion dollars. I agree with this guy, even though I am an agnostic and can not and therefore will not even try to comprehend a higher power. For example, in the Islam. You pray 5 times a day, which is literally a meditation. 10 minutes for yourself to step away from the rat race and become more aware of your body/emotions/surroundings. Before you pray, you do a ritual washing, you wash your face, your hands, your feet etc, THIS alone will turn you into a gangsta motherfucka

you'll be clean and feeling fresh all the time. Another thing, going to church for example. What better way to communicate with family / neighbours / community? So it's not for the less intelligent people, I will go as far and say that practising religion in a rational way will actually make you smarter.
