  • LOTR FTW!!

  • I have never seen WallE. I wanted to for ages, and also memento (or however you spell it) That looks incredible.

  • So mainstream list but some of them movies are quite good.

  • Eternal sunshine of a Spotless mind... probably should have squeezed in at number 3 or so... :)

  • Although I don't agree with all the movies on your list, I do agree that The Lord Of The Rings series is by far the best film(s) of the decade. I also loved your entries of The Departed, Kill Bill and Wall-e. I feel that although No Country For Old Men is a good movie, it is not a great movie (highly overrated). I absolutely despised There Will Be Blood and it boggles my mind that so many decade lists include the film. Maybe that is the feeling that you were supposed to get from the film.

  • only american films? wow

  • Where is 300? I seen that movie about 9 times in theaters!

  • skip bitchh 0:15

  • Kill Bill and the Departed- questionable. The Dark Knight- No. Other then that, solid list.

  • Great list not sure if i'd have kill bill in it but the others were all great picks

  • Great choices. These lists always seem to be criticized, but i cant really argue with those 10 films

  • #5 Wall-e = rest of the list irrelevant

  • my favorite films of the decade: 10) a serious man 9) where the wild things are 8) no country for old me 7) me' you' and everyone we know 6) mullholand drive 5)dogville 4) dancer in the dark 3) climates (Turkish Film) 2) 4 months 3 weeks and 2 days (Romanian Film) 1) There Will Be Blood
  • Where is 'Requiem for a Dream'? Where is 'Dancer in the Dark'? Where is 'Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind'? D:

  • WHAT ABOUT HARRY POTTER.......lol

  • nice list:)

  • I liked some of the list

Memento should be higher the prestige should be there no country should be #3 the dark knight#2 inception#1

batman begins should be there and sicko should be too

The lord of the rings was a piece of shit

  • absolutely agree man. maybe not no country for old men, well i didn't hate it, i loved it actually, but it is not good enough to be on my top 10 list. however, fantastic choices.

  • Broke back mountain.. Are you fucking shitting me?

  • hey, r u filipino??

  • Memento is one of the most overlooked movies i ve ever seen. So original and brilliant from the mind of the best director of the decade.

  • city of god

  • Not a bad list. I'd recommend "The Machinist" for anyone who hasn't seen it.

  • how did i know that broke back mountain was going to be on her when that guy started to talk

  • Where the hell is STAR WARS 3!?!?!?!?

  • yea baby the lord of the rings in my opinion is the greatest movie ill ever see within my life<3<3<3<3 ive seen all 3 sooo many times that ive started memorizing the script

  • inglorious basterds..... hellloooooo

  • not the best list anyway. you did not see a lot...

  • he does know a decade is 10 ten years not 9......

  • best list ive seen so far, but what is with people with lord of the rings and no country for old men, not that impressive for me, it needs The Pianist, Glad you put in Mystic river,

  • Pretty good list.

Lotr and Mystic river really deserved their spot.

Though I think Mystic River should be higher!

  • GLADIATOR? 300?

  • lord of the rings is in the right place but transformers should be in there lol

  • iv never seen one single movie of lord of the rings... is it a must see? o.o

  • I'm glad I've seen all these movies. lol.

  • DECADE? You mean 2001-2010? #FAIL

  • Dont wanna be rude but WHERE THE FUCK IS GLADIATOR???!

  • Brutal list.

  • Also I am Legend or the Pursuit of Happiness because Will Smith did a great job in both

  • I agree with everything but Kill Bill. Also No country for old men is good but not that good. Lord of the Rings is by far the best though

  • bat wala ang a very special love?

And I think Avatar should be in the list, or is Avatar 2010?

  • Lord of the ring is best movie ever made!!

and I think Avatar should be in the list or is Avatar from 2010?

  • Lord of the ring is best movie ever made!!

  • number 9 best film is a gay man relationship .... shit list (my opinion)

  • My comment is hacked, you can thumb it up 10 times.

  • one question, is brokeback mountain just some gay cowboys who going climbing the mountains, if they eat pudding then its considered an independent film

  • Lord of the rings shouldn't be counted because it's a trilogy, because there is more time to explain the characters, and story. Not like single movies where they have to cram all that in a 2 hour movie.

  • best film list ever !!!!!!!!!

  • This decade represents the social network, facebook, texting, tweeting (ugh) bad music, & a national economic depression.. & the Internet no longer being fun & free without ads.. killed AOL- the only good social anything::sigh:: & most of all no proper Hackers 2 sequel with anjolina jolie & the original cast... I gotta live with that. I guess I really should've partied like It was 1999 cuz once It was over It was ALL OVER! It even killed the "Music Video" with something even worse...reality tv.

  • Eternal Sunshine should be on this list, and I thought that Up was just as good as Wall-E

  • Eternal Sunshine should be on this list, and I thought that Up was just as good as Walle

  • what about the Last Samurai? Avatar? The Patriot? D: those are all awesome movies

  • you would pick broke back mountain...

  • Big deal... Titanic won tons of Oscars and most people agree it's total crap... just cos it won Oscars doesn't mean it's a good movie.

  • I would have switched Kill Bill for Inglourious Basterds.

  • Most of them suck, memento is great. Though

  • Brokeback moutain scared me fo life....

  • very good choices. I still think that There Will Be Blood was the best of the decade though.

  • I only saw 3 of these.

  • Hey dude, what about the pianist?

  • very good list respect! i would add half nelson and american beauty. now this list should only concerns american movies lets be fair lol

  • Agree With All EXCEPT- Kill Bill and Lord of the Rings. I liked both movie but neither of them are top 10 material (Lord of the rings well ok maybe number 10-7). Of some other great films are- Gladiator (major list fail), Training Day, Black Hawk Down, The Incredibles (come on this one of the best damn family films -,-), Finding Nemo (ring a bell?), Cast Away, A Beautiful Mind (another major list fail), The Prestige, Blood Diamond, Crash (many more that i just can't remember at the moment.

  • broke back mountain lololol faill

  • Lord of the rings saved your reputation.

  • "The Departed" is a remake of a Chinese movie called "Infernal Affairs" and I honestly have to say that the Chinese movie beats the Hollywood remake hands down.

  • a great list!!! finally one that is pretty close to perfect...

however.. i would like to see Gladiator there

  • It's funny, actually... I was going to write "What about Lord of the Rings" as a comment throughout the whole video, I cheered when I saw it one the number one spot, Well Deserved!

  • Agree with No Country For Old Men.....probably has the best psycho killer in any movie. As for BrokeAss Mountain - You won't find me watching that one...

  • i agree with lotr...but i have to say that the other 9 movies could easily be replaced by some other 9...of course, it's your choice...

just some other movies: the pianist, road to perdition, the road, the boy in the striped pyjamas, lord of war, eight below, hachiko, the illusionist, the gladiator, catch me if u can, valkyrie, v for vendetta, the puirsuit of happiness, like stars on earth, independence day, the amn from earth, hitler the rise of evil, der undergang, enemy at the gates

  • Nice LOTR is number 1! But where is Inception????? Or it was at 2010? i don't remember very well

  • no its not!

  • just so you know, it's mOmento.

  • Solid list. I love No Country For Old Men^^

  • The only truly great films of the 21st century:

    There Will Be Blood

    The Social Network

  • Chlderen of men can replace the dark knight and old boy over kill bill...but its your list and i give it a 8 out of ten

  • THE LORD OF THE RINGS!

  • I can believe this list, its so american wheres the european and asian films? just cause its foreign dosent mean it shouldnt be included there is masterpieces totally over looked by this approach! Wall-E really, clearly you havent seen studio ghibli's work its alot better than many of disneys movies!

  • It's pretty cool that if 2010 had been included, there's no way that Inception wouldn't have been on this list. And that'd be three from Christopher Nolan.

Is he, with David Fincher, the greatest new director of our time?

BTW, great list. Don't know if I would've included Kill Bill. Not that Kill Bill isn't wonderful, I just don't know if it's that wonderful. Probably would've replaced it with "Donnie Darko," just as a shout-out to the indie lovers.

  • LOTR was shit, there will be blood should be 1, or maybe tied with NCFOM :P

  • hmmm...you forgot APOCALYPTO!!! the most underrated film ever!

  • LOTR FOREVER!!!!

  • Wheres Revenge of the Sith?!?!?!?!?

  • Wall-e was the most unoriginal film ive ever seen.

  • He is basically saying that asians are bad actors because the top 3 films litrually have no Asians.

  • I agree with you on Lord of the rings but I would put Up instead of Wall E

  • Great list except for Kill Bill I fucking hate that movie

  • where is requiem for a dream and unglorious basterds?

  • Lord of the Rings?!!!!!!! FUCK!

  • Heck yes! Lord of the rings! Best movies ever!

  • fuck this list and the people who made/voted for it .. TRAINING DAY should definitely be #1 .. sorry to the dark knight fans.. i know heath ledgers performance was mesmerizing but honestly without it -- the movie would've only been appealing to the fans of the actual batman comic guy. oh and a fuck you in advance if you're gunna reply saying that i'm retarded and batman is the best .. a big fuck you in advance

  • The lord of the rings is my fave movie too,!!!!

  • These are not the top ten films of the decade. They are the top ten american mainstream films of the decade. I didn't see a single British or foreign film or any independent films in that list. What about Hunger? Or Grizzly Man? Or Amelie?

  • the departed should be number 2 in my opinion

  • i really really agree with your #1....

  • LOTR FTW!!!

Too bad Revenge of the Sith wasn't there though.

  • no children of men, avatar or pans labrinyth? I wouldn't have even put there will be blood on that list I have never been more bored than when i watched that movie.

  • lol lord of the rings! lol gay crap movie. inside man, phonebooth, pelham 123 should be in there

  • wow lotro? seriously? If your going to have a list covering the decade should at least have "The Matrix Series". The Wachowski brothers visionary of having the technique to 'slow down time' was used a shit ton of films from then up to now. Kill bill was also over-rated
