thank you very much. im just alittle worried. you know... every surgery comes with complications. i had a question.... with the weight loss, some ppl have the skin hanging. if so, how do you deal with it. and what about excercising

Hello! Yes, every surgery has its risks...I do have hanging skin, mostly on the arms and stomach. My back and sides definitely have some, too, but it's not as bad. You know, it doesn't bother me that much right now...I look fine in clothes, and it's a reminder that all that skin used to be filled with fat. I'm sure I'll probably get plastics eventually but I'm ok for now. Exercising is important, I try to do some form every day to every other day.

I wish i had found your request for info months ago- about which thumb over... i'm left thumb over- right handed. didn't see any right thumb over -left handed. I KNOW I was supposed to be a lefty- I remember teachers smacking the pencil or crayon into my right hand and telling me how glad i would be later in life! LOL so i kinda use left more than a natural righty.
