I like Dex myself. He has taken more than a decade to to put that type of mass on a 5ft 4inch frame. He is doing what Arnold and the other greats did back in the day by not taking so much gear and trying to stay for the longevity of the sport. Sometimes to much is not appealing or a piece of art. If mass is all you want and not ppoportion and symmetry then Jay and Branch are the bodies you like. I thick the body should be X shaped not H shaped. Not wide in the midsection. Thats my opinion.
trust me, they all take competitive amounts of gear. Its just the genetics and body type which brings out the diff in the end. Dexter obviously has a faster natural metabolism than that of Jay Cutler who is more of the Endomorph type, which is why he has the thicker waste and more mass, while Dexter looks very asthetic with good mass and great waist-line.
