When starting in a seated position and rolling back, you may not have enough momentum to be able to roll back and stand up without using your forward arm to help push you up. When you start the roll from a standing position, you usually do have enough momentum.
xD is it possible that I cant do this moviment in the second Aikido class????

So... if you have your right leg forward, the right hand is used to help standing up?
