But why do they fucking cut 20 minutes out? Just keep it in there - they made the damn scenes, why waste them? It's disrespectful to the actors, and then to the fans.
i think it's because the sex scenes is deemed too explicit (but is not to me).
the 20 minutes cut isn't only for the sex scenes but many important character developement as well. If you want to buy, buy the original at 124 min instead.

I was still confused between the original and the Director's Cut. I still thought the Directors Cut would be better than the original because, let's face it, most DCs contain more stuff than the originals these days. Deleted Scenes, interviews, Behind the Scenes looks and all that.
WRONG! Tony Scott screwed it up, and now I have to send the DC back when it arrives and then buy the original.

I've bought the original at 124 min. I've rented the director's cut. in my opinon the original is better just lack the sex scenes in DC.
